WHEN WE ALL VOTE
WHEN WE ALL VOTE
When We All Vote, Michelle Obama’s voting initiative, came to us with a mission: get Gen Z to vote this election. So, we decided needed to make voting a megaphone for the grievances, hopes, and needs of the new generation. Because if they don’t use their voices, someone else will.
I should mention: this one was really cool. Not only because celebs like Khalid, Gaten Matarrazo, Liza Koshy, Becky G, G Herbo, and MORE came out for free to help. But we filmed this in early, early COVID times. And somehow, our pals over at Pulse Films made it happen. We are eternally grateful.
And people liked it. So they reached out, asking to help amplify the campaign.
From there, we worked with partners over at Houseparty to create a “voting game,” where folks could “vote on” their friends: and then be taken to a voter registration landing page.
We also worked with mural artists to keep the spirit of Vote Loud going and top of mind.
And hosted a “couch party” rally event, online. Featuring DJ DNice.
And even created some awesome merch, so folks could wear their votes on their sleeves.
Realizing that voting culture had begun to transform social media, we created GIFs and infographics so young people could be as loud as they wanted. Anywhere they wanted.
